"please click here" does not update custom fields within an automated personalized HTML Newsletter

Update the "If you can not see this email properly, please click here." to include the custom fields when clicked. Currently when the user clicks "here" it will send them to the newsletter that has the custom field values (i.e. %%FirstName%%) rather than the customer's first name.
